Access denied error cannot remove viruses (pictures of files included)

I have had this issue for well over a week now and tried many different things and accounts with the same result “access denied” cant even move to chest.

Im running windows 10.

I honeslty just want to remove these, I dont care how. Is there a manual way I can do this?

Have you used Adwcleaner recently?

No I used malware bytes but on that and the “quick scan” avast has, no virus shows up. The ones you see in the pictures are found on the full scan via avast.

Did you quote twice there or did I miss something? I did at one time download ADWcleaner (I think)

all files detected are located in AdwCleaner/quarantine … as seen on your pictures
Quarantine is a protected area for security programs

I have been trying to locate files, and quite process in task manager in order to see if avast would come with the same error “access denied” I was wondering if a running process could be the reason access was being denied.

I am going to do some work and tomorrow I will run a full computer scan (I did delete the quarantine file you speak of) but im not convinced that was the only infected file. I will update the results after the scan, thank you all for the replies. Much appreciated.

If you want to check your PC:

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatibale with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them.
Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

[*]Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
[*]Press Scan button.
[*]It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please attach it to your reply.
[*]The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode and save the file to your Desktop.
