I have had this issue for well over a week now and tried many different things and accounts with the same result “access denied” cant even move to chest.
No I used malware bytes but on that and the “quick scan” avast has, no virus shows up. The ones you see in the pictures are found on the full scan via avast.
I have been trying to locate files, and quite process in task manager in order to see if avast would come with the same error “access denied” I was wondering if a running process could be the reason access was being denied.
I am going to do some work and tomorrow I will run a full computer scan (I did delete the quarantine file you speak of) but im not convinced that was the only infected file. I will update the results after the scan, thank you all for the replies. Much appreciated.
Note: You need to run the version compatibale with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them.

hey josh.apple2012 you run it and hit the scan button, when its done attach the two logs it creats (frst+addation) from there twinheadedeagle will guide you.
