A possible conficker intrusion. So as of now, please use all your anti-viral resources in PC like avast. Perform a boot time scan. Then if you have MBAM, run it too, this way could weaken the virus for sometime.
NOTE: If you can’t run the program, rename the .exe file, for example, ashavast.exe to electricfan.exe. Some viruses prevent anti-viral wildcards from being executed.
By the time you can connect to the net, update all your anti-viral scanners and have a full scan.

– HOSTS file redirect a common malware tactic to block AV sites making it difficult to remove malware - 127.0.0.1 check your HOSTS file using notepad or a text editor of your choice, C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts or do a search for HOSTS to find it if not there.
