Access my account info?

I received an email notification that my subscription is nearly up, although I thought I had renewed just a couple of months ago. I would like to be able to access my account information, but can’t find a link for that on the avast website. Can you help?

Hi Carole,I am not sure if this is what you are looking for but if you click on your profile it has a section saying account details. ;D.

Where do you think I’d find my profile? Looked on the avast.com home page and didn’t see it anywhere. Really unfamiliar with the website - I pay my money, it notifies me when there’s an incoming virus, and that’s about the extent of my knowledge on this…

OK - found profile (dopf…), but that seems to be only for the webforum. Doesn’t seem to have any info about my regular account with avast. Hmmm… Mostly worried that the email warning that I got might be spam…

Are you referring to license keys? Alwil team shouldn’t contact you more than once when you just bought the Pro version.
Take care of fraudulent sites that sell avast. See more info www.avast.com

Yes, I’m referring to the annual subscription fee for the license key for the professional version. I got an email this morning, possibly authentic, possibly not, saying that my subscription is almost up and including a coupon. I have separate subscriptions for my laptop and desktop computers, and I know I just renewed one of them a few months ago. I wanted to look at my account and see when each subscription expires and I can’t figure out how to do that. This is not a new subscription - I have had AVAST for several years now, but have to renew it every year.

I figured there’d be some place that I could access the expiration date - either off the main dashboard gizmo for AVAST or off the webpage, but I can’t find any such link.

Appreciate any help…
