So how long does it take/how many posts are required before a forum user here can access other user profiles and send PMs?
When i was new it used to be 20, but that is some time ago 
In some cases, we’ve seen PM’s happen without any real post count. 
dave_zman sent me pm’s when only having two posts so I don’t understand why he’s saying he cant ???
Only a Mod can answer that. 
Unfortunately the restriction has been dropped a while ago.
