How can I get version 8.0.1489 to bring through the sound from the remote computer?

Actually I modify this post to say I see there have been 130 views. Maybe I should not try to get sound through.
Attempting to play a video gives occasional frames.
I purchased Premier hoping to use it for surveillance while away. But maybe I should have looked for a list of known issues?

I have read your reply, but I like the majority of forum members are avast users and can’t really answer the question. I haven’t got the accessanywhere either so I have no personal experience of it and how the VPN and avast interact. That probably goes for the ‘132 read times’ at the time of my posting a reply this topic.
