accidentally blocked photoshop elements organizer

After I installed Elements and started it, Avast did its usual scanning asking to allow or block. I accidentally blocked the Organizer module and cannot find an answer on the board. I’ve tried the program settings, exclusions etc. to no avail.

Any suggestions to solving the “blocked library c” response?

Are you saying avast detected this as infected (and popped up an alert) ?

If so avast doesn’t have an allow or block option in that alert, see image for example alert, was it like this ?
If so what did you choose ?
