After reinstalling my avast I was attempting to recover the pro version I had paid for. I was on my account and deleted the device with the pro antivirus from my account (it was the exact same PC as the one I was trying to install it on). When I went to the page https://www.avast.com/en-gb/resend-license-paid.php it told me that I didn’t have a license associated with my account.
I looked on my.avast.com earlier, on there it told me I had a pro license associated with my computer along with a free antivirus associated with a PC of the same name. This was all at the same time as the resend license automated reply was telling me that there was no license associated with my email.
I removed the device from my account, thinking that it would free up the license but now I’ve got no record of the license either!
