So, I was checking my e-mail as one does, and noticed that my Avast for my dead PC was about to renew. I don’t have the money or the PC, so I went to cancel it. I entered my order number and all possible passwords, but nothing worked. I tried to reset my password, and apparently, the account connected to the email address doesn’t exist. I know for a fact it does, as I did pay for a year of Avast before; however, now I’m unable to cancel the order, as my account doesn’t exist (allegedly). I don’t think it has the right card on it, so it won’t go through, but I’d still like to know: what the hell? Avast is sending me emails to this address, how does this account not exist?
