Account is not in the Avast Database, I can not sync between device's

So because the technical support won’t answer me I write here. Your technical support is also super slow and freaking lazy to read the whole eMail , they just linked the FAQ, I never asked for this and they even recommend a different browser… >:(

So tell me how do I log into my account to sync between all devices when my email address is not in your system but on my certificate for the trade? Also I can log into this :

I was able to cancel one subscription because your support also was not able to respond…
The hell , you can not even send me my keys to activate the products. Wtf is wrong ?
