I recently renewed my Avast Premium Security and everything is working well.
However, in renewing it I used an email address which is not the one I used when I originally set up my account. Now when I go into my subscriptions page using my original email address I see that ‘no paid subscriptions’ is displayed. The reason is that I renewed with a different email address.
I’ve gone into my original Avast account and tried to add the new subscription email as the primary email address, but I’m then notified that I already have that email in ‘another account’ (the one I created when I purchased my new subscription?)
Would it be possible to remove the old email address and replace as my primary address the one I’ve used to renew recently my Avast Premium Security? As I’ve said, I tried to do that myself unsuccessfully.
