I was billed over 100 euro recently & I have no knowledge of what I ordered nor what I have. Neither is it showing in my accounts page & I cannot find a uk tel. no. to ring. john
You need to submit a refund ticket. See this:

If you do not have an order number, type in 7 zero’s 0000000 instead and explain the situation.
