Accuweather pop up location identified despite Secure Line VPN on and using Avast secure browser

Been on to support , no help,

This happens at boot up.

Checked all windows settings as per support recommendation, cleared history cachets etc. Still Accuweather pop up ID’s my location. This only began about 1-2 weeks ago. Something’s changed!.

Have you set Avast to delayed startup? If so, that might explain things.
