ACP blocking Office 365 Outlook

Ever since I purchased and scanned PC Outlook will not open, I have used Outlook for two decades never a problem, minutes after ACP install BAM Error Code 0x426-0x0

Could you please provide us with logs so that we can investigate this issue?
You can send them by executing our log collector utility via C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Cleanup\tulogcollector.exe Once the logs are collected they will be automatically sent to our server.
Once completed, please let me know which email address you used with the tulogcollector.exe

Furthermore, you could try the following to fix this issue.
Navigate to c:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Cleanup\ and locate pdfix.exe and try to run it. It will automatically revert all changes that might have been made in the “Background & startup programs” feature and hopefully resolve the issue if this was the cause.
