Avast 7.0.1426 running perfect. All tickers are green. Despite of this, I have the flag icon with a red “X” informing avast is not activated. Any idea how to solve this? Just a Ctrl+alt+del? Restart?
Well, maybe you need to boot twice.

Run command line as admin:
net stop winmgmt
del C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem\Repository
net start winmgmt
winmgmt /verifyrepository
winmgmt /salvagerepository
Tks - Your suggestion is saved, if necessary. As I didn’t have a “time and date” problem, I tried a simply restart. And this time, a simple RESTART makes the difference. Everything runs all right.
