Action centre reporting Avast! firewall not running

Oh boy, another Avast 2014 bug, quite a mess this update.

My Action centre in Windows 7 keeps telling me that my firewall isn’t running and that both Windows Firewall and avast! Internet Security reports they are turned off.
The firewall in Avast is running and trying to fix it via the Action Center doesn’t help.

This is a windows problem, it may disappear after two or three reboots. If not we can reset security centre

Actually the problem just went away, shortly after an definition update, might be a coincidence, but I haven’t rebooted my machine.

But glad it’s fixed, one less bug to worry about :slight_smile:
