I bought Premium multi-device, and installed it on two PCs and my phone, earlier this month. I just got an email from Avast claiming that I have not activated my subscription. Huh? All three devices report that I have unlocked them with the activation code in the email. What gives? Was this email sent in error, or do I have an install problem on three devices? When I go to the my.avast.com website, it also shows my subscription with the same activation code as all three devices report.
I’m a little confused. As far as I can tell, I have activated the subscription, even though the email says I have not.
