Activating Avast passwords

I just bought Avast password and succesfully installed on a windows 10 PC.
I am also trying to install on a windows 7 PC but I have the following problems:

  • I use the avast procedure based on 4 steps
  • When I try to activate avast passwords, the chrome and firefox extensions are not activated.
  • If I continue the actviation of avast passwordby skipping step 3 (installation in chrome and firefox) I arrive at step 4 that says the activation is complete, but then the process starts again.

Yes, I am using remote desktop. Please, let me know if this could create the problem.

unfortunatelly we don’t support Remote Desktop yet. If you need to use remote desktop, try TeamViewer instead.
