Activation code and order id issue

Hello,

I’ve downloaded Avast premium security for mac with free-trial. I added my credit card details to start free-trial and I have been charged few days ago for the yearly subscription. Now the App is activated for this mac but i don’t have the activation code nor the order id. I can’t create an account associated to this paid subscription. I want to control my subscription but can’t find a way for that!! I contacted the support team but no good, very bad service managed by automatically replies! Does anyone have an idea to solve this issue?

you should received order confirmation email to the email address that you used for trial subscription. I checked the email address you are using at this forum but there is no subscription assigned to it.

Anyway - our support should be able to help you.
