Activation key not accepted by the procedure because "it has already been used"

I bought on 12/30/2025 Avast Premium Security with order AVP2120339712. In the order confirmation received an activation key that is not OK. I ask only for having a right key to be able to activate the App, that now is defined a 60-day free trial, after which I would have to pay a new amount. But I ordered and paid in the date 12/30/25 with activation end at 12/30/2026. I wrote about my problem in 31 December ‘25 and other two times, whithout any feed back.
