This is rather unusual. Normally Avast is prompt to reply. Have you tried to contact them via the support email?
If that fails, try sending a message to VLK who is our Senior Moderator on the board. Clicking on “VLK” should bring up your email client and you can try to contact him. He should be able to get in touch with the Avast team to get your registration key.
Sorry I can’t give you one, but the one I have is assigned to my copy alone.

Got it.
I am having the same issue with getting the registration key via email and have sent an email today to the support team. I have to say the new update (4.1.268) is very nice! Already it has caught the latest worm out 16 times lol.

Good Luck ! I’ve been trying for over a week (6 requests) = all being ignored. Not worth the frustration. When it expires in Nov, will uninstall and get on with my life.

By the way, are you using the Home or the Professional version…
I´m afraid that for Professional, Alwil does not send a second e-mail… Am I wrong Vlk?
