Activation pass disabled ?

(English is not my native language but i make my best.)

Hello guys,

My Avast license expired today, so i made a new subsrciption, i paid 29.99E.
But i can’t active my code, and when i visit the site for an online activation, the page freezes and i can’t continue.
When i try to manually enter the code, the Avast software specify that’s not possible ERROR[400].
How am i suppose to make my licence activated?

Thanks you for your answer.

But i didn’t receive the license mail. I just received a mail with my personnal data (adress, name, adress of facturation.)
And a code of activation (which doesn’t works it seems).
