Activation Problem

I have paid for a subscription to use Avast Cleanup Premium, I have an order number and an activation code, but every single time I put the code in, I get “Sorry something went wrong”. I tried sending an email only to get an autoreply saying the mailbox is not being worked, I did the DNS settings and flush, I filled out a form on their website and got no response.
