Activation/renewal not working

I have Auto renewal enabled, on my Avast premium security program, and yesterday was the day it was supposed to renew, and the program stopped working. I put in my activation code, and it still did not work. This is happened the last 2 years already that I’ve had been using the premium security program. The first year it took two weeks until the program came back to normal, and my avast was working properly again, and last year through support, I was told to double click on the license file, which would start up the program again. which I did, and the program did indeed start working properly again. now this has happened again for the third straight year. Activation is not working. And I have no way to contact avast to tell them about this problem. Every time I go on the website to ask for support the page that comes up where you’re supposed to submit your problem, is blank. so I don’t have a way to contact support to tell them about this problem, and how to fix this again.
Long story short, is there a direct email address that Avast has that I can write to that they will get my message? I tried sending emails to the email address I have on the return tickets, that I had from the last 2 years of these problems, but I do not hear back from a vest about this issue. If anyone can help me regarding this, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
