I have an active license of Cleanup (showing as valid till 3/27/2017) but when SmartScan completes and I click to resolve performance issues, a screen pops up requesting me to activate/purchase the product. I run this every week and this only started happening yesterday (9/4/2016).
I ran the repair and restarted twice but the same thing happens. I have 2 licenses: one for Cleanup and one for VPN. Both licenses are shown as active but only the Cleanup is having this problem and it’s only been within the last week. Any other ideas, or should I submit a ticket?
