Active Subscription incorrectly shows to be expired after reboot

We currently have a subscription that is active for another ~90 days. For some reason, when workstations are rebooted, Avast says it has 0 days remaining. I can reinsert the license file and it will show the subscription is active and will expire in ~90 days…until I reboot. When I do, I receive the 0 days remaining message again.

I’ve tried uninstalling and using AvastClear to make sure I’ve completely uninstalled before reinstalling. When I try to repair Avast from Control Panel, it can not complete. The log file shows this when I try repairing:

I appreciate any help. Thanks.

My Avast for Business Basic Anti-virus is showing Expired today too. Not sure how to fix. I don’t want to uninstall. I just created a task to do an update of program and definitions, but not sure how that will help since I’m up-to-date right now.

Okay, my Avast fixed itself or got fixed after I scheduled another instant task for Program and Definitions updates.

Bande19,

Are you using the cloud console or on premise (Avast Enterprise Admin)?

We are using it on premise. Sorry for the delay in replying. I really appreciate any help you can give.

I have used the avastclear.exe tool and tried to remove all previous anti-virus programs through the Control Panel as well as the registry.
