  The "new" Ad-Aware forums are staffed by Lavasoft
  employees, NOT the excellent antimalware volunteers
  that advised on the former forums ; heard those new
  forums are mainly for the "paid" versions of Ad-Aware
 ( Plus & Professional ) and is meant to "replace" the
   Email "Support". Best to continue to ask for help at
  www.landzdown.com, www.freedomlist.com,
  www.castlecops.com , etc .
