When I was running Ad-Aware to check for Spyware during the scan avast 4 Home found 2 instances of Win32:Trojano-631[Trj] while the scan was running. The name of the infected files were both WinCommX.dll. Is this a actual virus or was this related to the spyware that was being removed? Thanks for any information you can give me, ???
That is real malware.

I looked at Trend Micros manual removal instructions and the registry keys are not there so I assume that Ad-Aware removed the malware. What do you think, am I safe? I ran a virus scan with no infected results. :-\
