Ad Blocker not working on 1 site

Windows 11, Avast Browser, Strict Blocking / no allowed sites: Ad Blocker working fine on all sites, but not on https://www.mustang6g.com/.

Well it looks like the site has an override as such, even if you go into its add-settings on switching some off you bump into another wall. I visited and tried to switch some off to test. On switching one (pre-enabled) off, it threw up this notification. So it isn’t possible to get past some even manually so I doubt ASB would be able to do that either.

What it is doing is to actually load another site to throw up the warning.

Thanks. Through absolutely no fault of your own, I don’t quite fully understand your response due to ignorance. The bottom line is there is nothing I can do. Thanks again for the rapid response.

You’re welcome.

Ordinarily when a block like this happens, it is the actual site that throws up the block. That is why I felt it strange that a 3rd party site is showing the actual block.

Some sites allow you to choose the level of notifications, ads etc. essential only is usually allowed. But on a site that gets its revenue from the Ads it delivers (even if you don’t directly connect) they are going to make it difficult to avoid ads and it won’t matter if you have the Avast Secure Browser (ASB) or an add-blocker app.

I use uMatrix and uBlock Origin add-ons in Firefox (my default browser), I don’t use Chrome or Chromium based browsers, such as ASB, even with those there times when you have to reduce the level of protection/blocking ads, etc. or you simply won’t be able to view it.
