Adblock Plus removed?

When updating to version 2014.9.0.2008 (free), I lost Adblock Plus and Ghostery from my browser (Firefox 25.0.1), and now I’m getting ads all over the place just as when I didn’t use ABP or Ghostery. I don’t care that the new little Avast symbol tells me that everything is fine, I don’t want to see any ads! Can I somehow get the addons back, or do I need to change to different browser? :stuck_out_tongue:

Just go to adblockplus.org and download the latest version

FWIW, Avast has not affected AdBlock Plus on my machines. I don’t use Ghostery.
