Add file to trust how ??

it is a program i used for 4 years and i used to put it in virus chest so avast 5 not to delete it now i got avast 6 and i can’t get avast to ignore this file
my question how to ad it to trusted area so it won’t delete it every time i open it ??

  1. Send it (the file) to virus (at) avast (dot) com and inform it it a false positive.
  2. Add an exception into the AutoSandbox settings.
  3. Add an exception in the File Shield and on demand settings.
  4. Undo 2 and 3 after the virus lab correct this false positive.

By the way, send the file to www.virustotal.com and post back the link of the results.

the problem that the program is a crack so it definitely detected as virus(spyware gen.) :slight_smile:
BTW i add it in sandbox setting nothing still detected and deleted

avast does not detect keygens by the only fact of being illegal.
If it is detected as spyware, maybe it is really a spyware.

There is two other exclusion lists besides the one at AutoSandbox.
