add on has poor rating

how is it that an add on i personally created that is only used by me has a poor rating? actually 2 different add ons while several other add ons of mine which follow same script doesnt? really think you need to rethink your rating scales?

ok send a sample? explain this especially considering it is an original script and only ran on my system? no other users for there to be a poor rating?

Speaking as an avast user not employed by avast, this is my understanding of how this might come about.

Part of the problem is that it isn’t in common use, certainly by avast users, if it were it would be likely to have a higher reputation in the avast cloud information.
