First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.

You can probably get an answer by searching on this as I did. I, just checked Egypt and it isn’t looking good.

What I found isn’t good

Yes, using a VPN is generally legal in Egypt, but using one to access blocked content can violate local laws

Therefore, using a VPN is legal, but what you do online with it is subject to Egyptian law

You could do the same search changing Egypt to the other countries.

However the biggest issue is the likely numbers of people who would purchase it to make setting up the servers, etc. worth the investment.
