It does not work?
So how can i FORCE avast to allow acess to a certain page ? I do not need advice as to why it can be dangerous etc. ONLY solution on adding website to allowed.i have added various differententryes

ETC… and still no acess… Can it be disabled so website advisor is not active but the rest are etc ??? (if it is not possible to add single site).
Which shield is blocking it? Web or Network?
If it is blocked by the Network shield, I believe you can’t exclude the URL. The network shield blocks known infected sites gathered at the Virus Lab, it doesn’t scan the page. So other than making sure your Virus Definitions are up to date, the only way is to uninstall that shield (not recommended)
If it is blocked by the Web shield, be sure that you’re entering the URLs into the right exclusion list, under Web Shield Expert Settings.
If the site is blocked, it may be blocked for a reason that you need to investigate. Have you tried putting the url into an online scanner to see what the cause may be? You need to try several sites as only one is insufficient. Try the bolded ones below first.
