Adding License to my Avast Account

Hello,

A very kind individual has gifted me with a license for Avast Ultimate, which is valid for 3 more years.
I’m not using Avast at the moment and wanted to add the license to my Avast account to keep it safe there. But I don’t see any such option in my account. With some other AV products, it’s possible to add a license to their account whether I’m using it or not and also gives the option to add/remove certain devices from my account.
Is this not possible with an Avast account? If I’m missing something, then please let me know what should I do.

Your Avast account only shows any current licenses in effect.
It isn’t a place to store licenses you may want to use.

I see. Too bad, and Avast should make it possible in the future for paid customers. Some other products have been doing it for a few years now.
