I purchased two separate licenses for Endpoint Protection Suite. One for 5 and then one a few weeks later for 40. I have installed the Small Office Administration Console. I added the 40. Subscriptions correctly show 40. But then when I add the other 5, instead of showing 45, it only shows 5. I have submitted a ticket and I’m still waiting to hear from them. Any ideas on how to fix this?
They are two seperate licenses, as you say so yourself.
So you will either have 5 or 40, never 45.
If you want 45 you need a extension of a license or a new one that covers them.
Contact support, they can merge them.

The consoles can only accept 1 license file at a time, so it’s overwriting the other when you insert a different. As Asyn said, please contact our support department and they can assist with merging them.
