Admin Console Help........Avast Tech Support is USELESS

Since the Avast Business Tech Support hasn’t responded to my service ticket for a month and are as useless as tits on a bull, I thought I would check the Forums:

Avast Endpoint Protection Suite Plus 7

Issue:

On several computers I have, I change password and then a day or two the password goes back to the original one I had when installed

Avast Small Office Administration Version 1.2.2.8

NOTE: All 10 PC’s with Avast are on version 7. All PC’s are pointing to the correct admin server name/ip (curtis.cav.local Port: 25322)

Issue :

(6) PC’s Show up with Green Check Mark
(3) PC’s Show “X” Mark with old 6.0 Version, but I went to each PC and they show 7.0
(1) Server has question Mark. It’s on 7.0

How can get all computers to talk to console?

You must set the password in the console, otherwise the data will be overwritten by the password present in this console

You’re running an old Console, the new one is 1.2.2.28

then you must update all the client by making an unattended deployment job, then come back and tell to us if you’ve solved the problems
