ADMN Mirror Problem

I am having troubles getting my mirroring to work.
This is the only server, I just want to mirror in order to create my packages.

Here is what it says in my log when I try to initiate a mirror replication.

Under my ADMN setttings, I have my SMTP server specified, so I don’t know where mirror.exe is looking for this SMTP setting.

Anyone who knows this software frequent these forums?

Have you tried to run the mirror.exe again? Sometimes if the internet connection is interupted or timesout the mirror construction fails during the initial run.

Try running this and let me know how you get on.
