Avast has added ads to its daily checking system. This is rather annoying as its random based and happens at anytime. Examples are when you try to accept a call it puts up an advertisment. Avast you have lost me. I downloaded avast to prevent these types of spam from happening to my phone and your antivirus has become a virus because of your disregard for your clientel. Your only interested in making people using your antivirus having to upgrade to premium to get rid of these ads. I’m not overly impressed and as such i will be deleting avast off all of my devices and my computer. I will be going to your competition. Also i should tell you that your cpu meter and ram boost monitors over drive the cpu temperature. My device was fine before hand. Its also an essential part of any device to have some apps running in the background. Shutting these apps down all the time to clear space does nothing and is a waste of space as they start up again anyway. Junk folders are also essential to these apps running in background and people will be using your memory cleaner every half hour to clear it. The one thing that really upset me was your app activated pandora today while i was asleep. Playing music and using up my data allowance. Not impressed. Who ever came up with this type of advertising stratergy need to be sacked. You have lost me I’ll never come back. You were the best antivirus out there but noe your just another virus to be deleted. Goodbye
It is perfectly normal to show ads.
avast is a commercial company.
There are no ads in the paid version.
You get what you pay for.
The avast tools do not launch other apps (afaik).
Something else must have caused Pandora to start.
