Hi guys I have regulary a window that open and I have no idea about what it’s mean and what I have to change in my configuration.
PS: I use incredimail .
Increase the timeout settings in both avast.ini as well as in your email client. That should solve it.
As has been told in many threads.
Do a search on timeout on this board and you will find them.
hi eddy thanks for your answer but I don’t know where I can increase this timeout and sorry for not searching in the forum but english is pretty hard for me

pour augmenter le timeout d’avast, clique sur la petite boule avec un ‘a’ dans la barre système, puis double clique sur “Courrier Electronique” (si tu n’arrives pas à le trouver clique sur le bouton Détails…>>)
Tu auras la fenêtre (voir image) en sélectionnant l’onglet avancé.

You can increase the timeout of avast, left clicking the ‘a’ blue icon, going to Internet Mail Provider, Customize and go to Advanced tab. There is the timeout. I recommend 600 seconds.
For Incredimail, well, I’m not sure but probably into the email account settings (properties) on Advanced tab too
Hi guys thanks a lot anas and technical I do that and for the moment it works (cross the fingers ;)) for the settings in incredimail I really don’t know where they are but I don’t care as long as the window doesn’t open again ;D
