I have two viruses that came with emails and they are in the virus chest. I think it is safe to delete them but want to make sure before I do anything .

About one week a ago I did a free scan with Panda, just to double check for viruses
Using Windows XP Home, Avast 4 Home 449.1, Outlook express, IE, ZoneAlarm

And to remove it from “C:/System Volume Information/…”, disable system restore and reboot.
Thanks for your relpy, I have one more question. Where do I find how to disable system restore? Do I just turn it off, then reboot and then turn on again or is there another place to just disable?
