Adware.Agent file is found in a location that can not be accessed

I recently have changed antivirus from avast to avira due to boot time problem (Since I still have the account here, I will get help in this forum). But there is something in D:$Recycle.bin\ that is found as an adware by avira only and I can not access the folder at all.

D:$RECYCLE.BIN\S-1-5-21-741751189-3149405391-532651342-1001$RC5KWV1.exe is the ADWARE/Agent.163840.1

When I try to go to that folder, I get access denied error. I need help to remove this. Thanks.

Edit: here is the full detection extracted from the full scan.

Look like the specific file is bd.dll

Edit 2: When I open the built-in disk cleaner in Windows 7, there is nothing (0 byte) in the Recycle bin of D drive.

Attach FRST diagnostic logs https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0

Attached is the FRST logs
