AdwCleaner (now at Malwarebytes) and cleaning features

Talking about cleaning (specially to Igor) we talked about AdwCleaner that was acquired by Malwarebytes.

So, besides Avast on-demand scanning and cleaning, can’t the “generic” job of AdwCleaner on Windows Registry, Temporary files, etc. be added to Avast?
It will not clean everything of every infection, but won’t it add cleaning capabilities to a lot of infections/issues?
