Under my point of view:
If you have a central management console, as AEA, why don’t have a Remote Assistance tool integrated when you have this tool in a free product?
This could be another avast! feature not included in other AV Solutions.
Currently ARA feature is part of the consumer products only.

Wouldn’t it make more sense to use Remote Desktop in corporate environment?
(direct connection instead of routing all the traffic via our servers, requests initiated by the admin, not by the user, …)
Yes, it’s better to use RDP, but when you compete with another product is better to have a lot of extra goodies in the offer 
I agree that the best option is to use a RDP, but I’m thinking in these scenarios:
SMB that don’t have IT staff and RDP is not configurated.
How can I connect to a remote AEA or ASOA to support our customers?

O MEU PENDRIVE ESTAVA COM VÍRUS PASSEI O ANTIVIRUS E CLIQUEI EM EXCLUIR. AGORA NÃO APARECE NENHUM DOCUMENTO QUE ESTAVAM NO PENDRIVE, O QUE FAÇO PARA RECUPERAR MEUS ARQUIVOS??? HELP!!!
