I’ve been trying to find out why after an Avast renewal and upgrade I cannot get my Microsoft Office files or Adobe Acrobat files to load, either by clicking existing files or by using “start” to try and open the apps. I did not attribute this to Avast at first but I’ve run out of other possibilities. I went to my Microsoft account and tried to reload Office 2013 and it errored out. Can someone help me please.
So, I’m doing everything I can to find the problem with numerous shutdowns included over hours. After one, I get a notice that Avast has been updated and low and behold Ofiice and Adobe work again. This is aggravation I really didn’t need!!!
