After Avast uninstallation my Windows 8.1 stopped loading.

It jumps to recovery menu and that’s basically all. Do you have suggestions what to do?

How did you remove Avast ???

System Restore point prior to uninstall?

• I’ve used uninstall menu from “Programs and Features” in Windows.
• No I don’t have restore point

• Safe Mode does not start. Same pattern - it goes to recovery menu. So I cannot follow that instruction.
