After deinstalling Avast only limited access to internet

Hi

Due to the fact my laptop was quiet full I needed to make some space by deleting some big files.
That’s way I deleted the ‘Avast free software’ of my laptop. Unfortunately, after deinstalling the 'Avast free Software’ I only have limited access to internet (my network) and cannot access the internet.

While if I log in on a other computer or with my smartphone I have full access and can do everything.

I already tried re installing 'Avast free software’ again but my internet access was/is still limited. I got the error message that I couldn’t update or make connection with the internet. So I deinstalled 'Avast free Software’ again.

Can anybody please advise me what to do? :smiley: Thank you in advance ;D

Could you give more info like :

Which Windows and Spk ?
Which Avast! and version ?
How did you uninstall or reinstall Avast! ?

From where did you

deleted the ‘Avast free software’
? From Program Files ? Did you just sent it to the trash basket.
