is the web rep working for anyone else?
I don’t know which version of Avast you are using.
However, this has happened to me more than a couple of times when I do certain things with my computer.
I just reinstalled my version of AIS from the Installer. Run the Installer, make sure that “Change” is highlighted click “Next” finish running the Installer and see if this solves the problem for you. It has for me.
Didn’t notice this thread when I raised a new one saying that my WebRep had disappeared. :-[
Grey icon means a temporary webrep server issue most likely, and no amount of messing and reinstalling will fix it. Wait until the server issues go away.
