After Removing Trojan Vundo I keep getting these weird message

Hello malware fighters.
I just removed trojan vundo from 2 diffrent machines but each Time i do it , When i run Windows it Keeps Telling me that ‘Windows has blocked some programs that Required premission to Run’

I Removed it using Malware bytes
both machines Running Vista SP1

i hope some one explain to me why i am always getting this when i remove vundo
