Hello everyone.

I normally use the AMS on my phone, and every day, at 15:30, it will scan for threats.
But today, a little before the automatic scan, I started the speed test on a know wi-fi., and probably, when the AMS was testing the wi-fi, it also started the scan and it crashed.

I tried to scan, but no success, it always crashes a little after starting.
I also tried to:

  • Removing the cache and trying scanning, no success, it crashes
  • Reinstalling (removing the cache before unnistalling): no success, it also crashes after starting a scan
  • Removing the cache, unnistalling AMS, restarting the phone, reinstalling AMS, restarting the phone, and try to scan: no success either, it also crashes.

So yeah. I have no idea how to fix this, any advices?

Tried only deleting the cache and data, but no success.
Still crashing after starting a scan.

There was a post about re-enabling some permissions, but here, Avast still has all permissions.

Remove the permissions, reboot the phone and set them again.
No clue if it will help, but worth a try i.m.o.

Tried that, but no success. :frowning:

I had the same issue until I turned on Charging Boost in the Settings Options. Now I can scan and boost ram. Good Luck.
