After the last update (22.9.6034) "Avast Service" use high CPU

I just installed the new Avast (free) 22.9.6034 (build 22.9.7554.734) and now, the “Avast Service” use, constantly, 28% of the CPU (with some peak to 60%).

How to stop this high usage of CPU?

update: I tried to disable all shields but the high usage is still there.

My CPU is overheating, it’s at 81% (see the screenshot)
Is possible to install the previous Avast version (22.8.6030) on top of this one?
Any download link available for that version?
Please help!

UPDATE: restarted again the computer and now the CPU usage is back to normal (0%)
